These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the procedures for booking and participating in visits to the Chana Orloff Ateliers-Museum in Paris. They apply to all bookings, whether individual or group.
Bookings are made online via our website.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
An electronic ticket is sent by email upon payment confirmation. It must be presented (printed or on smartphone) upon arrival.
Places are subject to availability.
Requests for group visits (minimum 10 people, maximum 30 people) must be submitted via the dedicated form on our website or by email
A personalized proposal including the date, time, price, and any additional options (with our without museum guide) is available via the dedicated group booking page (/reserver-visite-groupe). The client can confirm the booking by making an online payment, either for the full amount or just the deposit.
A deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the visit, unless otherwise agreed.
The number of participants can be modified free of charge up until the day of the visit, up to a maximum of 30 people. The total price will be adjusted based on the final number of attendees. A minimum charge of €120 applies for group visits without a guide, and €180 for guided visits by a museum representative. The total price for a guided visit will never exceed €350.
All prices are in euros and include taxes (VAT).
Prices applicable are those in effect on the date of booking.
Payment is made by credit card or any other method indicated on the website.
Cancellations or changes are possible up to 48 hours before the visit.
No refunds will be issued after this period.
Rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit.
In case of total cancellation (no participants present), up to 7 days before the visit date, the deposit may be refunded.
After this period, the deposit is non-refundable. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit.
Visitors must arrive at the scheduled time. In case of late arrival, access is not guaranteed.
The Ateliers-Museum reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with safety rules or the internal regulations.
The museum cannot be held liable for any inability to access the site due to force majeure (weather events, strikes, etc.).
The museum also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a visit in case of exceptional circumstances (unforeseen closure, technical issues, etc.). In such cases, a rescheduled date or full refund will be offered.
For group visits, the designated contact person agrees to ensure all participants follow the safety and conduct rules.
The personal data collected during the booking process (name, email, phone number, etc.) is necessary for processing your request and managing your visit.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and oppose the processing of your personal data.
Booking a visit implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
